We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were delighted with the enhanced comfort and quality services provided. There were a few unpleasant experiences. For instance, the Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff members were extremely honest, as I had accidentally left my handphone in the room, and they went out of their way to contact me late at night to inform me about it. The rooms were located near the swimming pool which afforded this green view which was a amazing experience, especially for those with kids. I was also thrilled with the variety of food stores situated close to the hotel, which made it super convenient to grab some snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always willing to assist with anything that I needed.

Despite some drawbacks, this hotel provides ample opportunities for recreation with plenty food stores around. Some rooms are located close to the swimming pool and offer delightful green views. the staff is very honest and returned the belongings of a guest who left his phone behind. the hotel offers some facilities that cater for families with kids.
The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel could be improved.

The view from our rooms was amazing, surrounded by greenery and nature. The food options in the vicinity were plentiful and diverse, catering to a range of tastes. The location was convenient, with easy access to main roads for exploring the city.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with dirty bed covers and mosquitoes in the room. The hotel's location was also hindered by poor road conditions.
